TrustArk is a product of Compliaco Inc., a Delaware corporation based in Atlanta, Georgia. This notice explains what we collect through trustark.io, our forms, and the document links we share, and what we do with it.We collect as little as we can.
1. What we collect
Website visits: our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser, requested page, and time. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on the marketing site.
Theme preference: if you switch between light and dark mode, the choice is stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
Forms: when you contact us or express interest in becoming a design partner, we receive your name, work email, company, and anything you choose to write. Please do not send sensitive evidence or personal records.
Shared document links: when we send you a link to a document, opening it records the time, IP address, and browser, and notifies us. If you choose to identify yourself, a cookie remembers that on your device so you are not asked again.
2. How we use it
To reply to you, assess design-partner fit, follow up on documents we have shared, operate and secure the website, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
3. Who we share it with
Service providers that run the website and our email for us, listed on our Trust Center under sub-processors. They may only use the information to provide their service. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
Form submissions and correspondence are kept while a conversation is active and deleted when they are no longer needed for that purpose. Document-link access records are kept only as long as we need them to follow up on what we shared.
5. Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@trustark.io. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR, POPIA, the Nigeria Data Protection Act, or US state privacy laws may give you further rights, and we will honor them.
6. International transfers
Our providers are based in the United States. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.
7. Changes and contact
We will update this notice when our practices change, including before the TrustArk product processes customer data. Questions: hello@trustark.io.
